Refunds And Returns Policy
If you are looking to return your order due to wrong color, wrong size or simply change of mind we are here to help!
If you would like to return your item we are happy to offer a refund provided that:
1. The item is unwashed and in the original condition as purchased.
2. The item is not a gift card or personalized item (custom name patch may not be returned/refunded or exchanged)
3. You return the item within 60 days of your order being delivered.
To start a return or exchange, please submit your request through our Returns Portal.
If your return is approved, you'll be emailed a return postage label along with step-by-step packing instructions. Just pack your item securely, attach the label, and drop it off with the specified carrier.
After your return is received and processed, your refund will be issued right away. Your financial institution may take 7–10 business days to post the credit to your original payment method.
Bundles/Kits
If you would like to return any items from a bundle/kit purchase the remaining items you do not return will be calculated at full price to determine your refund amount as the bundle/kit discount is no longer applicable.
If you would like to swap an item for a different size, you may return the item and we will honour the bundle price for your replacement purchase. Please note this is not valid if you opt to purchase a different color or product.
Custom Name Patches may not be returned/refunded or exchanged as they are a personalized item and cannot be restocked.
