Dog Friendly Co. - Ultimate Dog Essential Pack Giveaway: Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is run by Dog Friendly Co. Pty Ltd, NSW 2219, Australia (“Dog Friendly Co.”, “we”, “us”). Questions: www.dogfriendlyco.com/pages/contact-us .

2. Eligibility

Open to residents of the United States and Australia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Dog Friendly Co., their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to the giveaway may not enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion period

Entries open [START DATE & TIME, TIME ZONE] and close [END DATE & TIME, TIME ZONE]. Entries received outside this period will not be counted.

4. How to enter

Enter by submitting a valid email address through the sign-up form on the giveaway landing page and confirming it when prompted (double opt-in). You may also share your name, your dog’s name and your dog’s date of birth, but these are optional and are not required to enter. One entry per person. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not improve your chance of winning. Entries that are unconfirmed or automated/bulk-submitted are invalid.

5. The prize

There are two winners: one resident of the United States and one resident of Australia. Each winner receives the Ultimate Dog Essential Pack, containing: 1 Chill Pill bed and 1 spare cover, 1 Ultimate No-Pull Bundle, 1 Hoodie, 1 Rain Coat, 1 Car Belt, 1 Penta Ball, 1 Paw Protectors small pack, and 1 Swift Blanket. Approximate total retail value: over $500 per pack. After the draw we will contact each winner to confirm sizes and colour preferences so the products are right for their dog. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. If any item is unavailable, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value.

6. Winner selection & notification

Two winners will be chosen at random on 02nd November 2026: one from all valid entries in the United States and one from all valid entries in Australia. The draw is carried out using ViralSweep's Random Picker (https://www.viralsweep.com/products/random-picker), an independent tool that selects winners at random from all valid entries, so the selection is genuinely random and verifiable. We will contact each winner personally by email within 4 days of the draw, including to confirm their size and colour preferences so we send the right products for their dog. If a winner does not respond within 4 days, or is ineligible, we may draw an alternative winner. A list of winners is available on request via the contact email above.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook or Instagram), or any other platform on which it is promoted. By entering, you release these platforms from any liability related to the giveaway.

We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway, or to disqualify any entrant, where reasonably necessary or required by law. Our decisions on all matters relating to the giveaway are final. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from participation or from the prize. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia; nothing in them limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
